A Little off the Middle

I come from a Irish family, that means red meat, potatoes, beer, sugar, and if we want to get really fancy pizza; all eaten in front of the TV. My mother, father, grandparents, siblings, etc. all struggled/struggles with weight problems. I want to do more then struggle, I want to win!

Hi!

LOVED your blog about "Hollywood Images" as it is so point on! Do you live in Tucson? emoticon I live in Oro Valley and have been trying since September to find anyone who is local that might like to do things together (like go for 5K walks, workout, etc.) No matter if you aren't interested, I find your wit and finesse with writing to be very entertaining. I used to work in the entertainment industry and you so nailed it. Wish I would have written this.

Hi Meg! Sorry I fell off the face of the earth, I just felt really run down-energy was flat out gone. I just can't seem to "Spark" when I feel that way.

That is so true - I tend to be a person who needs to start with the Big Picture Plan, but I really need to focus on what I will do TODAY to make that happen. I am definitely turning that way!

Yeah, I don't WANT to obsess over the past, so that's why I reset my goal date and all that. I don't want that "old" goal line in my face reminding me of what I "should have" done. So I'm focusing on this weekend getting my exercise started so I can go into next week strong! I know starting Monday never works for me, haha.
