I finally got it!!!

I am a woman who has been strugling with weight since childhood, I want to change my lifestyle and not only loose weight. I finally got it!! after 39 years I want to change a world of bad habits and not only look for a quick fix like I have been doing in the past. This time its so much different, I am not giving up on the food I enjoy I am just watching my daily intake and getting 30 minutes of exercise each day. I lost the fear of being hungry by dividing my colories in 5 or 6 meals.... ...

At this point I am watching my daily calories, under 1500.

No matter what I am logging in 30 minutes of physical activity, walking, heavy cleaning.

I am starting the from couch to 5k program on July 2014

Hello!!! Thanks for adding me and for the excellent advice! You are absolutely correct, what I'm doing is making lifestyle changes that will help me in the long run and also equip me with maintaining this. I had my 40th birthday in October this year and I promised myself that I would not live into my 40's like this.

Like the song, I'm taking it "one day at a time". Planning is time consuming but well worth it!!
