My *SPARK* 2016 Winter 5% Challenge Plan

Part 1 - My word of the year for 2016 is TIME. Last year I heard myself saying, "Where has the time gone? What time is it? Sorry, I'm running late but am on my way. How did it get to be that time?" Lost time. Lost track of time. Living in the past & future. That's where my time went. This year I will be more aware of how I am spending my time, carving out pieces for work, me, and time I spend with John.

Part 2 I need to be realistic in what I can do to make this Challenge successful. Usually, my goals include nutrition, movement, decluttering, & finance. In reviewing last year to write my goals/activities, I realize it's too much to achieve all at once. I am cutting back on my goals, hopeful that with being aware of how I am spending my time & achieving the goals set forth below, the decluttering & finance will naturally happen.

*SPARK* RESTART PLAN 2016
NUTRITION:
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
2. Log my food plan for the day in the morning (or evening prior).
3. Keep nutritious food on hand, allowing an occasional treat (but not as a reward).
4. Create a shopping list and stick to it.
That's my plan.

EXERCISE:
1. Do a minimum of 20 minutes of strength training each day, preferably morning.
2. Walk at least 20 minutes on 3 days a week.
That's the plan.

AM I READY TO WIN?
Yes, I am! My goal for the 8 weeks? To eliminate 12 lbs.
Feel free to kick my butt!! I'll need all the reminders I can get.
