    I have recently started doing about the same thing as you. Research and figure out what works best for me. Not sticking to one diet group per say. When people ask me what diet I have been using to lose weight I tell them that I haven't started dieting, I started making life style changes. Such as I can live without that second plate of food or I don't have to eat the food I'm served in a restaurant. I made life style changes and I did start adding exercise into the days when I could. Some days it might only be a twenty minute walk and others it might be a P90x workout. All I know is something is better than nothing. I started finally making changes at the beginning of August and I have already lost 20lbs! Just from life style changes!
