Thanks for the comment Mary. x I am in a a bit of a rut right now. Hitting halfway and people noticing all at once has been great, but made me relax things a bit too much! I am thinking of asking about a NHS health trainer. do you know anyone who has seen one? I suppose it may just be a case of getting weighed and being given a leaflet , but might be worth a try.
We should have a meet up again sometime for a proper catch up.x
