It looks like you are off to a great start. Splitting your Red Lobster meal was a smart choice. Sometimes eating out meals are so big I work them into two additional meals. I've learned to see it as an opportunity to enjoy those great meals a few more times. And as you saw, it helps keep the calories in line.

Taking an instructor CPR/First aid course this week-end, I swear a month ago I couldn't have made it through, I would have been so winded. It's very strenuous and I was having a tough time today but I know last month would have been a loss! I think by May when I do my first co-teach, I'll have even more strength and endurance!
