Revisited my goals on 3-14-2015
I need to be accountable!

1. To loss my 5% in 8 weeks in the challenge
2. To stay true to an exercise routine
3. To do this journey of a healthier lifestyle for me!


My Program:
My 5% Challenge Exercise Goal!
Carido and Strength at least 5 days a week.

I will do this by walking, DVDS, and being more active when I am home and not sit.
I plan to exercise thru out the day .

Hi! my name is Maryann I am totally devoted to my hubby of 21 years I am the proud mother of a son Wesley (lives in `Washington State) and a daughter Jennifer and have 4 lovable grandkids, Nicky, Zeak,Derek and Neveah and have 4 furbabies and 2 grand furbabies.

Other Information:
I love to cook from scratch, crochet, and needle point.. Not only does it relax me. It has wonderful memories of my grandmothers.

Little mini-challenge for you: Can you name 2 songs you can listen to the next time you need to brighten your mood?

Think about the music on your playlist and pick at least 2 songs that are proven mood-brighteners for you. They can be upbeat, slow-tempo, or anything in between . . . as long as they put a smile on your face! Keep them in mind for the next time you need a quick pick-me-up. Music has a proven effect on well-being! It can lift your mood, boost energy, and stimulate positive thinking. It can even help relax you at the end of a long day or during a stressful situation. emoticon

Food-for-thought this week:
