1. To loss my 5% in 8 weeks in the challenge

My 5% Challenge Exercise Goal!
Carido and Strength at least 3 days a week.
I will do this by walking, DVDS, and being more active when I am home and not sit.
I plan to exercise thru twice a day .
Hi! my name is Maryann I am totally devoted to my hubby of 23 years I am the proud mother of a son Wesley (lives in `Washington State) and a daughter Jennifer and have 4 lovable grandkids, Nicky, Zeak,Derek and Neveah and have 3 furbabies, 4 grand furbabies,and 2 great grand furbabies.
I love to cook from scratch, crochet, not only does it relax me. It has wonderful memories of my grandmothers.

I am ahead of my 5% target. WEIRD I LOST 4 lbs in ONE week !! I have ZERO clue how/why !! I did during the spring and wintah challenge lose 3 for a week in each challenge,,, hey not gonna REFUSE it ! LOL !!
Tomorrow (Weds) I am headed into yet, another surgery on foot,, this is # 18 on JUST THIS FOOT !! GRRR IT ALL !! At this point there's no longah any way for them fix it,,, so it's chop, chop off the big toe. I know that's our balance toe, but we we WELL No I am NOT the typical woof woof !! Being a I'll HOP right back on my 4 paws and do what I can as FAST as they allow. :) I had worked with a nutritionist who said during these times to lower my cals to 1,000 and make each one count. Well we KNOW I am NOT good with eating healthy stuff,, but I WILL eat things.
