My healthier ME journey

I am a 56 years old and live in the northern tip of NH. My goals have changed a lot lately. I recently fit into my first pair of size 14 jeans and I like what I am seeing. But I am also learning to like the person on the inside. She is someone that I want to get to know.

I also have goals that aren't weight, exercise or nutrition related with is totally new for me. I have discovered hiking and I love it.
My goals for this summer are:
1 Be able to walk a 5K again ...

from what you have posted for today's food seems good so far.
I understand the stress eating for I have been doing too much of that also. Mostly stress at work. I gained this week also but not too bad considering. Glad this weeks challenge is getting me back to tracking my food as I had not been doing that lately.
