Welcome To My Page
Finally decided to get on the road of healthy eating and getting fit. So far I've gone from 157 lbs. to 120.2 lbs. and losing the last 11.8 lbs. using Spark People. I love SP! I've learned so much since I became a member! If you believe you can you will! If you believe you can't you will not!

My Goals:
Lose 26 lbs. and tone the body. Healthy eating and living is main goal. Working on last ten lbs.
My Program:
Drink at least 64oz. water - given up sodas Eat: Fruits and vegies Chicken, salmon, tilapia, brown rice and legumes Flax, chia & sunflower seeds to oatmeal as well as almonds, walnuts, & pecans for variety. Walk 5 miles daily --OR at least 3x weekly
Personal Information:
I'm all about family and love and cherish my time with family even those who just tolerate me! I just love them.
