My Goals:
To stay healthy at 50 and beyond. I really enjoy working out outdoors, when the weather is decent. Thank goodness I have a fitness club membership since Cleveland's weather can be nasty sometimes! I am always trying to improve my eating habits also.
My Program:
I try to work out 3-5 times per week,eat healthy foods, at least 8 hours sleep daily.
Personal Information:
Married 26 years to Mark, 2 kids in college, I am very blessed. Trying to keep Mark healthy also by encouraging physical activity and healthy eating habits (not much junk food in our house anymore).
Other Information:
Love to read, see my family (all live locally, it's cool). I'm kind of a homebody, don't mind just hanging out here.
