I see you are asking 'how do i get speed'. when you are starting off running you don't go for speed. If you push too hard you will end up injured! Be patient and you will see that as weeks go by you will be running faster and faster. after about 6 months to a year of running you can incorporate speed work. gail 2324 days ago
I think I know where Peewee Valley is. I work in LaGrange as a worship leader Wednesday nights, Fiday nights, and Sunday morning, and I think I go past the exit for Peewee Valley. I start school next week on Tuesdays and Thursdays but any other time is fine with me. 2573 days ago
Hey, What part of Louisville do you live in? I actually live in Clarksville, IN just on the other side of the bridge off of I-65. I too just moved here, kind of anyways, back in January for school. So I too don't know very many people. It would be nice to have a workout buddy or something. I do have a couple of SP buddies already but they live far away. It would be nice to have someone in the area to workout with on occasion. Let me know if you want to workout sometime--or just go for a walk, whatever.
