Thanks for the goodie! I'll be spending a lot more time on the dreadmill in the coming months.

Yes, Chicago is a great running town with a dynamic running community. I've found over 25 races just from now until the end of November, all within 25 miles of home. So, if you are a competitive runner, or just like to race, this is a great place.

Fortunately, I can run in just about any weather conditions. There's nothing like a sub-zero wind chill to keep you moving.

You got some kind of crazy weather up there! We can't even spell Nor-easter down here in the south, lol. I noticed that one of your goals is to improve your 5K time. That coincidently, that is one of mine too. Does your training involve anything specific towards meeting that goal? Always interested in what might work.
