I have found the best way to break through a plateau is to shake up your diet. This may sound strange but when I felt I was stuck and someone told me to do that I looked strangely. But decided to try anything. I started eating dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. Within a month I was back on track. That is when I learned that our bodies get used to the same ole same ole. But when we introduce different foods at different times our body has to adjust to it resulting in weight loss again.
