March 2013:

My Goals:
My goal is to seriously break up with Mr. 200's because I will like to be healthy and at my required medical weight for my height and age. My last attempt showed me that I need to take it one second, minute, hour and day at a time.

My Program:
I am planning on doing this solo with the help of SPARK people and would seek some additional support from my gym partner who is an encouragement where we go Spinning at least three times a week. WhooHoo, it can be done.
