My Goals:
My overall goal is to get healthy. I am starting with smaller goals like drinking enough water, eating healthy foods in appropriate portions, and exercising. I hope to reduce my migraines to a few (or less) per month, and control my PCOS and blood sugar levels.

My Program:
I am doing what worked for me in the past: setting goals and tracking food, water, and exercise in order to keep me on the right path. This time, however, I am exercising in the early mornings to reduce the number of migraines and other factors that can interfere with my workouts.

Personal Information:
I have a 7 year old daughter, an infant son, and am a civil engineer.

Other Information:
I got married March 18th, 2012.
