Get busy living
I am a 33-year-old mom of two great boys and wife of my best friend for ten years. I have been heavy for 20 years now and have lost 30-40 pounds several times over only to regain plus more. No More! I am not a yo-yo. I am a wonderful person who needs to lose a lot of weight to be healthy enough to live the kind of life I want. I started my final weight loss journey on April 27, 2012 and I am not looking back.

My Goals:
To lose 150 pounds To get to my prepregnancy weight by son's 1st birthday --goal met 5/11/12! To lose 10% (30 pounds) by 6/30/12 --goal met 6/15/12! To be able to run a mile --goal met 8/1/12, 12:40. To complete a 5K --goal met 8/1/12, 39:38 and I RAN the WHOLE thing!!! To have my kids get winded while playing before me (just once!) To be a healthy role model for my family To keep improving my attitude and outlook To get busy living in this moment To be a positive force to others
My Program:
I am tracking every day, walking daily and limiting my intake of empty calories, especially sugary foods.
Other Information:
After testing the theory 1000s of times, I still haven't found a single cookie that enriched my life in the long run.
