2013 - Lose the 20.2 lbs. I gained within one year.
2012 Slacked off and slowly but surely started gaining weight again.
2011 Lost total 24.5 lbs.
2010 Lost total 25 lbs.
#1. Eat at least 3 servings of vegetables daily.
#2. Walk minimum of 30 min. 3x a week
#3. Do some type of strength training min. of 2x a week
My name is Margaret. I am from the beautiful island, Puerto Rico and raised in New York City. Two years ago I returned to the island as a retiree. I love New York so I travel back and forth between my two favorite places.
I enjoy reading, doing cross stitch needlepoint and my new found hobby is gardening. The good thing about living on a tropical island is that you can grow just about anything all year round. I'm learning by trial & error, but find it gratifying to see the fruits of my labor.
