Fitness for a better me!

Now more than ever I want to FEEL healthy, not just look it. I want to lose weight for optimal health, but also enjoy all the benefits that being healthy offers, especially in terms of my emotional health.

I haven't set up goals yet as I am not usually a very goal oriented person...perhaps this is my downfall? Any tips on coming up with goals would be appreciated!

My Program:
Starting this week, begin tracking intake and exercise, write 5 positive things each day, turn off the tv before 11, admit to being fallible, a big step!

Welcome to Spark. I joined after hearing about it merely by chance at a Christmas party in 2007. The more I use it, the easier it is for me to remain fit and healthy.
