My Goals:
Goal 1-Get down to 210 by Valentines Day. Goal 2-Get under 200 by my birthday march 25th. I just want to feel like myself again. I feel like I've lost who I really am under all this fat. I want to run and play with my kids without even thinking about it. I just want to feel good and be a healthy example for my kids.
My Program:
At least 30 min of physical activity per day and a clean diet. Cut out processed foods and add in lots of fresh produce, quality protein, and complex carbs.

My name is Amy.I live in Florida. I have had hypothyroidism since I was 14. I'm looking for a good support system. Sometimes I just need someone to say "you can do it!" or "good job!"
