Personal Information:
I am currently struggling with Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain. Mainly working on controlling Food Intake, and working on building basic strength/cardio so i can move, and be mobile again.

Mom of one by birth 11yo Son, and 3 Daughters by heart 13, 11, 9

I have my son 24/7 and have Dan's (our) girls each weekend~ This keeps us very busy.

Hi--Thanks for sopping by my page. I've started coming back here some--but can never do it as much as before. I'm getting better and thinner, having an awesome time since I retired in June. My baby is a senior this year, doesn't seem possible!

Hi there, thanks for the goodie!

Actually, I only started spin class again this past June. I don't work in the summer so I go to the gym often. I spin 3 days a week. However, before June I have not been to a spinning class since last summer. I try to go to the gym during school but there is no group classes. I only go for the treadmill, bike or elliptical.

How have you been?
