Running my butt off...13.1 here I come...
I'm Jennifer & live in Texas. You rarely succeed unless you have fun doing it. And I'm here to have fun and lose some extra lbs... I have started logging all the food I eat. You are def much more aware of what you eat when you are logging it. I'm not willing to use useless foods to suck up my calories. I have also started eating clean. Lots more veggies and fruits have been added to my intake. Remember...The most successful workout routine you could do is ...

You are def much more aware of what you eat when you are logging it. I'm not willing to use useless foods to suck up my calories. I have also started eating clean. Lots more veggies and fruits have been added to my intake. Remember...The most successful workout routine you could do is one that you WILL do. With that being said, I have started something new for me and that is running. I have joined a running class to 1. make sure I go and stay consistent and 2. for the overall benefits of cardio. So far my new experience with running has been amazing. Every time I run, I go farther and last longer which is what keeps me going. It shows that I am getting better and that is instant gratification... ;-)

Personal Information:
Hi I'm Jennifer and live in Dallas, TX. I am married for 2 yrs now to the most wonderful, caring supportive man. We have 2 furry 4-legged children (Lucky & Rusty). Rusty is my inspiration to start running. He is a 2 yr old Australian Shepard with SO much energy. He loves to take the lead and keeps a good consistent pace. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be running. Our other dog (Lucky) is a 9yr old Corgi mix and he too gets to run with me, just not as far. His little legs could not keep up with us. ;-)
Other Information:
A small blurp from the most amazing post I read today... HOPE There will be reasons why you can't - but for every one there is a reason why you will. Move forward. Be better today. There are ups and downs, plateaus and set backs - these come with change. Anything you do is likely better than what you have been doing. No one can do it for you.
