Thanks for stopping by my blog! Yes - the meal planning has been a HUGE help for me. I use MyNet Diary as it lets me track my macronutrients by each meal AND the total for the day, but you can also use Spark or LoseIt (which I believe is a free app for the IPhone). So - are you training for your new 5k PR?

Thanks for posting on my page in support of my 1st HM! It was a great first experience, and finishing this wonderful course. It was hilly, rainy and 2 miles of muddy mess, but I was up for the challenge!

yeah! I have the sugar free one. It was great. I have had low energy for awhile before I started using it and I felt really frustrated with the lack of energy, to the point I was sort of feeling depressed, but now I feel a bit better for some reason...it might be due to other factors too but I definitely saw an improvement with both my energy and performance. I'm going to use it whenever I run which is about 3 times per week...
