Maggie's Madness

47 year old single mom who is looking to be as healthy as possible. I feel diet and exercise are essential to my well being. I have some serious health issues that can be controlled by diet. My goal is to get a handle on protein intake <50 mg per day and salt. I need to loose an additional 10-12 lbs as well.

Thank you so much for the great advice. You are right that I need to make some better liver friendly choices. Thank you for taking the time to look at my nutrition and give me some great pointers. I'll make those adjustments you mentioned. They make since and it's better to change when you know something is not working. It's great to hear that you are loosing weight while dealing with liver issues. It gives me hope that I just need to stay with it and I'll get there.

I never realized what an impact those calories had until you pointed it out. What a great motivation to stick with sparkling water and wine at all of these get togethers! Thank you!
