I have been overweight all my life. And all my life, I found excuses to stay that way. But not any more…today I am a proud DONE GIRL!!
I would not say that the journey so far has been easy. It is a mix of excitement and struggle, having good days and not so good days, self-discipline, motivation, falling off the wagon, finding courage to dust and pick yourself up, a mental reminder that you are a winner. Remember that "to win, you have to be in". You are a loser ONLY if you quit. Learn something new every single day. Try to have fun while giving and receiving all the support out there. That is what life is all about.

3. Lose 20% of SW = 148
Goal reached 11/14/08 - 147.4
4. Be 130 (my final goal weight)
