I don't have the Nike + cause I don't wear Nike shoes, but the Nike Training Club app has all of these awesome workouts. Like, you select what kind of workout you want -- cardio, strength, or a focused area. Then, you select beginner, intermediate, or advanced. It gives you probably 8-10 workouts depending on what you choose. Some of the workouts require dumbbells, a medicine ball, and/or a jumprope, but no gym equipment required.
You put in your music, hit "begin workout," and it will play your music and give you cues for what exercise to do next and for how long. And, if you don't know what "modified burpee to shoulder press" means, you can watch a video demonstration of it without it really interrupting your workout.
Wow very impressed with ur dedication!!! U rock!! Me too I have a window, if I miss it no run;) limit to 2 hrs so kinda not sure how to fit runs longer than 2 hr lol. Have to pick son up from preschool 2000 days ago
