- Eating real, whole foods - Eating with mindfulness and moderation - Running or biking 3-4 times per week, and lifting at least twice per week
Personal Information:
I was blessed with a wonderful life of good health and autonomy. I owe it to myself, my friends, my family, and community to make the most I can of my life. That means truly enjoying, celebrating, and living my life through my passion of health and fitness. I will eat healthy with mindfulness and moderation, exercise consistently, and be as fit as I can be. I want to learn, grow, and inspire others to enjoy life through fitness.
