I do like the Move2Lose program, but like everything it's not perfect. I like that we do something different every time. It keeps things from getting boring and it works different areas. Our trainer does take in to account different work out levels to a point. Like if we work with weights she gives us the option of using more or less. We are able to adjust the routine for the night if we have conditions that limit us, or if we can do more. Our class is kind of big though, so sometimes there isn't a lot of personal attention. 2617 days ago
