My goals for 2015 are to
1. Stop drinking diet soda/carbonated beverages

2. Stop mindless/senseless nighttime and weekend snacking

3. Walk/wog/jog a 1/2 marathon

4. Walk/wog/jog a 10 K

5. Walk/wog/jog a 5 K

6. Lose 52 pounds (1 lb per week). My stretch goal for weight loss is lose 78 pounds (1.5 lb per week).

7. Utilize Public Transportation

8. Walk 2015 miles in 2015

My Program:
Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Plan

Row every morning for at least 10 minutes
Strength Train 3X a week
Walk 10000 steps a day

Summer 5% Diet Plan - Follow the Full Plate Diet and SparkTrack Daily.

Hello! I'm a long time Sparker (I joined in 2009) but didn't get serious until August 2012. I love how this program has helped me improve my health.

I live in Ferguson, MO, I'm a RN working in Quality Improvement for a Fortune 500 insurance company. I am an avid sports fan and LOVE my Missouri Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals.

I'm looking forward to 2015 and continuing on this my Spark Journey!
