I keep reading that 10 minute high intensity workouts throughout the day are very effective. And it can easily be done if you make a point to take every opportunity. I worked in an office that was 4 stories tall. When I took a restroom break, I would grab a notepad to make it look as if I were running to a meeting and I would take the stairs. 10 minutes later I was back at my desk and none the wiser. 20 days ago
Lynn, thanks for the "oranges" goodie ... it's a nice sweet (natural sugar) treat! I have seen my pre-sliced orange slices stay juicy up to a week in the ziploc bag, with just smig open (not air-tight, or they could mold quicker).
After a week or so, they tend to loose flavor & you would want to check them carefully for black specks (beginning of molding) if they're in there any longer than that. But if they're cut up & ready to eat, they'll be gone before they get to that point, right?! 21 days ago
We just got back yesterday from a 10 day trip to see our granddaughter and took a week long cruise. Now it is time for me to get serious! I have big plans to get back to where I was in the summer challenge.
Nice to "see" you. I have found two maintenance teams that I LOVE! One is with the BLC and the other is more of a chat team. So no more 5% for me. I couldn't find a team that focused on maintenance like the BLC team does. Hope all is going super well for you! 27 days ago
