My Goals:
2014 Goals

Improve the quality and quantity of exercise minutes so I have consistent 142 minutes of very active exercise, 50 minutes of fairly active exercise and 50 minutes of light exercise a day.

Increase the number of flights of stairs I take weekly so at the end of the year I will be consistently walking up 50 flights of stairs a day

By June 1st I will be consistently rowing a minimum of 60 minutes five days a week



My Program:
Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Strength Training at gym M/W/F30 minutes

Cardio - Walk/Jog T/R/S/S - times vary following Biggest Loser Training Program

Cardio - Rowing 15 minutes M/T/W/R/F

Hello! I'm a long time Sparker (I joined in 2009) but didn't get serious until August 2012. I love how this program has helped me improve my health.

I live in North St. Louis County, I'm a RN working for an insurance company. I am an avid sports fan and LOVE my Missouri Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals.

I'm looking forward to 2013 and continuing on this my Spark Journey!

Thanks for the push!! I got up this morning and did some pilates and followed it up this evening with spinning even though I was so tired I thought I'd fall off the cycle. I even closed the office door and tried to nap over my lunch hour.

I am so stiff in the morning that only "easy" exercise will do. I'd love to do Ripped in 30 in the a.m., but it's just not gonna happen.

Hi, Lynn. That is our girl, Daisy. She still looks remarkably young for her age, though that picture was probably taken a good 5 years ago.
