I sit all day for my job, and some of my favorite activities are sewing and knitting - I've never been particularly athletic or coordinated, so getting comfortable in the gym has been hard for me but I'm working on it!

Do a pull up!

Run 6 miles.

Eat cleaner - more whole foods.

My Program:
Started WW in October, and have shed 18 pds. - program is a better fit for me than calorie counting/ less laborious at the moment while at the same time guiding me towards a healthier daily menu.

Strength train 2x a week

Walk! short walks and long walks. Walk where I need to go.

Run. Stretch hips/ do PT exercises. Recover. Repeat.

Hi there, LYNNBERRY!
30DS is fun. I've only done 4 days so far. I've read lots of comments from people being really sore after starting this. Not me. I've been doing ST and cardio since January so maybe stage one is not pushing me hard enough. I don't know. But I really like it. It goes fast, it's fun, and it does make you sweat, so it's all good. Try it!

I love the route I run! It's a beautiful dirt road up and down hills. It's great. I've run into a skunk twice now and both times it was in the same spot! UGH. It's on a loop that adds an extra mile to my run, so if I see it, I just turn around and go back to my regular route. It's always an adventure

Thanks for the spark goodie! Here..this might make you feel better. In the past three days, besides breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I ate 3 pieces of lemon cake, 3 soft pretzels from Philly, at least 50 or more jellybeans, toast with lots o' butter, 2 Almond Joy bars, 3 pieces of chicken alfredo pizza (awesome by the way), the ear of a huge chocolate bunny, a waffle (sugar free syrup of course, as if that mattered), chicken wings....okay, I'm gonna stop there. Right now you should either be crying with sympathy for me or laughing at me because of how out of control I was! Either way, if it helped you by seeing you are not alone in struggles, it was worth writing down for the whole world to see!!
