I've reached my second goal and would be happy to be able to maintain here. Having said that , another 4 pounds below my stated goal weight would put me at a good spot but I'm not sure that is realistic. Happy and healthy are still my primary goals!
FitBit to help me stay on track. Aim for at least 10,000 steps/day and more than 10 flights of stairs. Choose wisely when I eat and not use food/eating as reward or punishment.

Lynette, as I was zipping around those curves and enjoying the scenery I was thinking of you. Knowing that if you had been with me our day would turn out a lot differently than it did. We could have browsed in all those intriguing little stores and finally found some quaint little restaurant to have a bite to eat. I know you would have liked the scenery between our home and Prescott also, all mountains and trees. I really miss all the trees I enjoyed as a kid, growing up in Minnesota. I guess one never outgrows the area you grew up in (even if it was cold in the winter). lol We didn't have the mountains, of course, but still beautiful.

Thank you for the "sunshine" Lynette! Gorgeous day here and I just came in from an afternoon of yardwork. Got the stone in place and the beds it borders cleared and mulched. I am pleased. So much more to do; but this was a biggie! I take days off once in awhile too. Tomorrow will be one of those! :)
