I've reached my second goal and would be happy to be able to maintain here. Having said that , another 4 pounds below my stated goal weight would put me at a good spot but I'm not sure that is realistic. Happy and healthy are still my primary goals!
FitBit to help me stay on track. Aim for at least 10,000 steps/day and more than 10 flights of stairs. Choose wisely when I eat and not use food/eating as reward or punishment.

Thanks for stopping by my blog -- and I admit it was stupid to climb up there without tennis shoes on and without my cell phone. I was happy to have some expert advice on what to do, so having a doctor in the family is a great consolation.
Now it is morning and the swelling has gone down a lot -- it's more comfy to be on my feet again, so hoping for more steps today. Also have to go down for that tetanus shot, so I can do some shopping for steps too!
Thanks for stopping by, Lynette! In some ways travel is fun, but most of it annoys me. And I am actually a pretty laid-back person, I don't like to have my day all planned out like one does when on vacation generally. And even when the company is coming to me -- then I feel obligated to plan more things than I really want to do. Guess I am just getting old, but I hate to feel obligated to do stuff.
Right now I am enjoying the quiet life, but guess I will probably have to plan on a trip to Indiana on October 2, unless I hear otherwise, as that is when my daughter will need me there.
Yes, we are kindred spirits! It's always nice to be as prepared as possible although there are always things happening that you would never dream of. What can I say? Life seems to go on, just be strong!
