fit and feelin great in my fifties

i am 51 . i need to do positive things for myself to build my self esteem. i need to get in better shape for health reasons also. i want to be an inspiration to others and motivate them. i need help from all my spark friends to do this

my husband says after 50 that you cant be sexy and a person just isnt motivated to do much besides sit on couch,. i am here to prove him wrong. i will go on this journey and show him how sexy i can be.
