My Goals:
My goal is to start anew with positive eating and moderate exercise. I'd like it to be rigorous exercise, but baby steps!

My Program:
I am using what I have learned from Weight Watchers about fat, calories, and fiber and applying it to my program here. At this point, I am mostly watching my calories and working out at least 3 times a week. Portion control is huge for me as well.

Personal Information:
My name is Kitty and I am a 53 year old teacher from Las Vegas. I am a stress eater and since I have a lot of that on my job, I am here to help find a more positive outlet for stress. Exercise, along with tracking it, helps a lot!

We have 10 more months left in this year, so I know we can get to our goal.
This is MARCH 1st, so let's make this a FRESH START and do this month up right.

I turned off my emails temporarily. I was getting over 75 per day and I'm trying to figure out how to trim it down. I checked out for a bit but I'm back. I was very tired -- feeling like I couldn't do everything that was required of me. I realized I tried to do everything perfect and I stopped enjoying myself. Silly rabbit! Anyway, I wanted to tell you that you encouraged me a lot. Thank you for the messages. I'm glad I was able to encourage you with the airplane analogy. Thanks for helping me to fly again. BTW -- your new puppy is sooo cute. Cathy
