Hi! My name is Lori. I've always been "skinny fat," which means I'm thin but NOT fit. I've decided to pay more attention to what I'm eating and I also started going to the gym 4 times/week (I'm up to 5 now). I feel like I need to start getting fit now before it's too late.

I am SO glad that I did. It makes all the difference in keeping me motivated because I really don't want to throw all that money away!

I can already tell a huge difference and it is really nice to be able to play with my dogs or go on bike rides and not get winded. Getting fit has opened up a whole new world for me! I'm not afraid of exercise and being outdoors anymore. Actually it's the complete opposite- I love it!
