Hey Judy! Glad to be friends! I'm hypo, Hashimoto's Disease. Since I've been on the meds, I've done nothing but gain weight. I'm hoping to see an endo sometime next month to figure this all out. It's nice to see another couple creating healthy lifestyles together!! My DH and I have always been close but moving into the latter half of our life together with fitness and health on our side has added immensely to our quality of life.

Good morning and HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Thanks for commenting on my blog. You know, to me this really didn't seem like work to get these results. I love running and working out, just needed to get back to it. And the biggest thing that helped me accomplish what I did (and still doing), was the healthy eating. I love this site; it has so much helpful info for that. They make it easy too, just plug in your foods, and it calculates everything for you. What could be easier? You keep at going for your goals.
