My way to a healthier me!

I moved to Virginia 3 years ago as a newly wed with my amazing husband..now we have moved to Westminster, Maryland. So we we learn the land here we both are getting our health and bodies in shape! I am trying yet again to get back on the saddle to loose more weight. My goal is to get to about 150, I have my work set for me but I've lost some now and I feel confident that I WILL reach my goal! I love to learn about health, fitness and running. I LOVE TO RUN! Call me odd but it's true.

My Goals:
-thighs not touching
-finish a 5K
-have skinny ankles again
-see my shoulder bones instead of the fat
-feel sexy
-be around 150lb (if less amazing)
-to have my stomach back
-to be healthy and happy



My Program:
Running! run run run..call me forest!

No pop, no sugar, nothing canned, not a lot of red meat. Mostly chicken. I cook a lot, I read a lot of articles to learn more.

I'm also adding Yoga into the mix with some Zumba!

Other Information:
cook, clean, reading, knitting, I'm a homebody.

How long have you been running? Remember, your body makes the adaptation to running when you are not running. If you are a newbie (under a year of running under your belt), I still recommend an every other day type training. While our bodies can adapt cardio-respiratory wise to running, it can take a solid year of consistent running for the changes to take place for your muscles, bones and connective tissue.
