I've always heard that "life is like a roller coaster, full of ups and downs". I never thought that would apply to my weight.... This has been my whole adult life. Up and down! I'm tired of the roller coaster and I WANT OFF! I am tired of not doing what I want, going were I want and saying what I want. Always avoid drawing attention to myself in fear that people will notice how fat I really am. Duh! NO MORE, THIS IS IT! I accept myself unconditionally as I am right now! I am not calling my past ...

This doesn’t help starving children anywhere, and it makes the overeater a bit less healthy." , " A woman who wants something will find a way; a woman who doesn't will find an excuse." & " What lies behind us and what lies before us is nothing compared to what lies within us. We'll both reach our goals if we keep doing the work.

Here's what I need to do:

1. Turn my thoughts into words

2. Turn my words into actions

3. Turn my actions into habits

My habits over time will become my character, and my character over time leads to my destiny.

Today, I just want to tackle the first step -- because without this, the journey can't even begin.

My 2013 goal is to lose 27lb by March 13th. I am taking a train trip to Texas to visit my 2 oldest daughters and then on to Luisiana to visit my big sister. I will meet this goal..................As of Jan 13th I am 354 lb. DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

3/13/13 -_325_lb -29lb loss I'm on my way to Texas and feeling great!

My new goal will be to lose 16lb in two months. At the end of two months when I meet my goal I will treat myself to a real romantic date night with my man. Movie & dinner with no children!

5/13/13- __315_lb I didn't meet my goal but I still made progress! On to the next, no looking back only forward.

My new goal is to lose 16lb by 7/13/13 for my BFF 50th birthday party. We haven't seen each other in years and I wan't to look and feel the best I can.

7/13/13___306 lb____

My new goal is to lose 61lb by 2/28/14 for my daughters 21st birthday. I want to fly on a plane to Vegas to meet up with her and I want to fit well in the plane and have confidence and energy on my trip.

My Goals:
Short Tearm Goal- I want to go from 346 to 299lb....by 7/13/13
Long Term Goal- I will be under 199lb by 7/13/14 one year from the above date.
Thats 100lb in a year.
....I know I can do it! I am doing it!

My Program:
Meeting my daily goals one day at a time.

Drinking 8 glasses of water per day.

Staying with in my calorie range every day. Log my food everyday. Walk 2x a week. Stay away from sugar. Forgive myself and move on. Plan, plan, plan and have a back up plan. Stay positive!!!!

I know I can do this!!!!

Personal Information:
I am 44 years old living in Los Angeles California with 5 children, 3 still at home and high blood pressure. I am determined to become healthy!
