Hi luci. When you say award on my page. Do you mean the spark people motivator? That is voted by other sparkpeople. The awards for drinking, steps, etc. are all tracked on your Other Goals tab.
Soda was so tough for me as well. I used to drink 4 20oz cokes a day. I originally cut down to 1 a day. Then I started drinking a fruit smoothie in place of the one coke. It was much more tasty and like a 100 times haelthier.
I have atleast one smoothie a day now and I have not had a sode in three months. I took a sip of one a few weeks ago and thought it was nasty. 2436 days ago
