Trying to Get Re-Motivated

I'm 26yo and trying to get my life back together. I've had some really rough circumstances over the past 2 years and I don't like what I've allowed the stress to do to my health. In addition to weight gain my blood pressure has started to creep up and I need to nip that in the bud. I'm trying to return to the awesome support of this site and quit making excuses.

Saw your I need support Huddle. What is the problem? Start small---pick one thing to work on---maybe it is drinking your water each day, getting in at least 10 minutes of exercise, tracking one meal , eating breakfast every day, etc. Pick the one thing and work on that till it becomes habit, then take another step---it does work----remember---the weight did not go on in a day so it will take a while to get it off.
