My Goals:
Lose 10 pounds and be a happier, healthier, feel better about myself and others type of person!

My Program:
I do cardio 3x per week and strength train usually 3x per week also. I love to run and use it as my main form of cardio!

Personal Information:
Happily married, going to school to be a registered nurse, eventually want to be a nurse practitioner. I work in hospice and I love it!

Other Information:
I'm just starting to read the SPARK and love it so far. Definately recommend it!
