The one way to get thin is to re-establish a purpose in life.

I am 25. 25!! Yet I am one of the biggest people I know. I cant weigh my self because i do not have a scale that I can do it on. I know that I am around 375 lbs which is a horrible weight. My self esteem has suffered because of it. I bump into people constantly and try to play it off as a joke. I even make fun of my own wight by saying that my ass is secretly snacking when i am not looking. I need to stop making excuses and jokes and start shedding the pounds. It needs to come off and ...

My Goals:
I want to be able to look at my self in the mirror and like what I see. I want to be able to ride a roller coaster and fit. I want to walk with out my overlarge rear end knocking people. I want to fly to Paris and fit in the seats. I want people to stop staring and calling out derogatory names. I want space in between my legs and not fat. Right now I will settle for weigh myself on a at home scale.

My Program:
I am not a lazy person. I have a job that requires my to be active. SO I set a goal of three miles 6 days a week. It might seem like a lot but for me I know I can do it. Its already been two weeks and I been doing great.

Personal Information:
I am currently going to school for secondary education in biology. Its been tough but I am finnally starting my student teaching in the fall. I need to be smaller to be able to keep up. I also work at Panera, big conflict with goals.

Hi Lovestruke! I read that you needed support. What's going on? I know you're doing awesome because you've lost 25lbs and that's huge!!! If there's anything I can help you with, please feel free to leave me a comment or send me a private message.

If you're simply having a bad food day, then just breath, take a minute to recollect yourself and ask yourself "is a moment of satisfaction worth ruining my success?" I bet the answer's no. If it's exercise, then hey take it one lap at a time. go out for a 10 minute walk. 10 minutes. That's it. When you're getting close to those 10 minutes being over ask yourself "Do I really have something to do in the house or can I spare another 10 minutes of walking?" You're already out there, might as well go for it, right? You can do this! You are awesome!!
