35 pounds gone by the time I'm 35.

I joined SP on June 3, 2006 at 198 pounds when my first son was 2 months old. I got down to 190 and once I returned to work my weight fluxed at few times between 195 and 205.

Update: May 2010
I have another son who is 11 months old. I'm down to 194 but keep going up and down the same 5 pounds. I'm more active than I've ever been but battling the same old food impulses.

I don't feel that I ever really committed to weightloss or SP. I now feel ready and on ...

Walk/run 14 K a week.
Compete in a horse show in July.

My Goals:
I have joined SP for the following:

1) To eat healthier and set a good example for my sons and husband.

2) To begin a consistent excerise program to set a good example for my son and husband and to improve my riding ability.

3) To ride my horse to the best of my ability.


My Program:
1) Eat 1600-1800 calories a day
2) Incorporate a healthy fat at each meal
3) Drink water at every meal
4) Walk, run and ride my horse
5) Have a mint tea if I have the urge to eat something when I'm not hungry

Km walk/run:
May 2010: 5.25 km (as of May 3)
