A Love Hate Relationship
Hi, my name is Chrissy and I'm back on SparkPeople after some major turbulences in my life which saw in a lot of changes to my life. I found my motivation waning a little over the past few weeks, so I'm hoping to get back on track with the help of SparkPeople. After all, I manage to lose more than half the weight I want to lose by eating more sensibly, exercising regularly, drinking lots of water and tracking everything I do.

After all, I manage to lose more than half the weight I want to lose by eating more sensibly, exercising regularly, drinking lots of water and tracking everything I do.
At the moment I work as a restaurant manager at a place that provides free food whenever I want it - and their food is good, so sticking to my goals becomes a little bit harder. Time to up my game!

- To enjoy going clothes shopping again, without fretting that a shop won't have my size
