My Program:
I am posting my food every day and following the exercise program recommended. What is helping me now that is to plan the nutrition the day before for the next day. It is amazing me how that is making me stay the course.

i just wanted to check out who would probably be on the same team for the 'directional' challenge...i'm karen3... i think this will help me get more committed(hopefully) to specify fitness time ... AND, in reading your 'program', i remember THINKING at one time that if i would organize myself enough to be able to PLAN the week's or even TOMORROW's food intake(and make sure it's within my ranges) i would/could do SO much better...thanks for the reminder...i'm gonna try to do 'tomorrow's' at least for the week(daily if i can't get my whole week planned)...wish me luck(or commitment)...karen3-- a fellow(?) missourian...
