Living Life!
I am a graduate student and am currently working on my thesis, which is entitled Life Fit. The goal of the program is to teach adolescent females strategies to live a healthy life and cope with the stress of being a teen. I am very excited about it, and hope to find some helpful information on this site!

My Goals:
I really just want to be/live healthier as I am happy with my current weight. I like sugar a little too much, so I want to limit my sugar intake. I also want to build muscle and increase my cardio endurance, so I can keep up with my fiance.... he is a triathlete and an Ultimate Frisbee player!
My Program:
I take spinning 2x's a week, power pump (weightlifting class) 3x's a week. For the rest of the week, I either try new classes (pilates, bosu, etc.) or I exercise on my own. I think classes work the best for me. The energy I get from the group is wonderful and the instructors are so motivating.
