Starting over for the last time

Hello fellow sparkers. I'm starting my weight loss expedition for the last time. A couple of years ago, I began my weight-loss journey and lost over 70 pounds. Before I could reach my goal of 90 pounds lost, the scale began to tip the other way until I gained it all back, and then some.
One thing I've realized in dealing with weight-loss is you must first figure out why you gained the weight in order to keep it off.

So I'm doing things differently this time. I'm going to make my health, and well-being a priority. I believe that if I keep this idea in the forefront, I will finally accomplish my weight-loss goals.
