I want to be healthy. I want to normalize my blood pressure, lose 2 dress sizes at least, and be able to keep up with my husband or maybe even challenge him to keep up with me!
I've given up fast food - I haven't touched the stuff for at least 2 months. I've also started cooking more mediterranean style with whole grains, veggies and olive oil.
I'm from Utah and would love to take advantage of our beautiful outdoors lto help me reach my goals.
It's incredibly easy to get caught up in an activity trap, in the busy-ness of life, to work harder and harder at climbing the ladder of success only to discover it's leaning against the wrong wall.

I'm sorry to admit I haven't started the 17 day diet YET! This is an emotional week for me as my sister is going in for surgery tomorrow. She is single so I'll be at the hospital and go home with her for at least Thurs-Friday. I don't think any diet stands a chance but I'm working hard since I got back from camping and I'm down 3 lbs in 4 days. I am hoping to start the 17 day diet on Monday (once again). I'm still following you and you impress me. Even with your little slips the lbs are dropping so rapidly!
