My Program:
I am measuring and tracking what I eat. Limiting the number of "outside" meals so I can know for sure how many calories I am eating.
Exercising 5x (or more) a week.
Personal Information:
I live in the Boston area with my husband. We recently added two persian kittens to our family: Lucy and Ricki (two sisters). They are so much fun.
Other Information:
I love mystery novels. Favorite authors are: John Sandford and Janet Evanovich.
