My Goals:
* lose weight
* go vegetarian (animal flesh has lost its appeal lately)
* develop meal plans that meet my dietary needs as well as my partner's that feels like I am preparing only one menu each day
* create an exercise plan I can stick to

My Program:
* tracking my food
* preparing food that can be frozen in serving sizes for myself and my partner
* exercise at least 6 days a week, including something we can do together on a regular basis
* browse recipes in mags and on line that can be adapted for both of us

Personal Information:
Grandmother of 8
My partner has major health issues including diabetes, Crohn's disease, an irregular heart beat, low iron and has had pancreatitis twice. This means a fairly low-fiber, low-sugar diet. And he eats meat.

Hi there. Thanks for your comment on my blog. I'm glad it brought me to your page. Your intro sounds just like me - heading for 55 having had weight issues all my life, etc. You look great now and have a lovely, happy smile but I'm sure that you will reach your goals as well with SP. It DOES work.

Of course you can have my fish. I hope I've finished with it. Perhaps I could swap it with your lobster - it looks delish!

Your household dietary challenges sound a bit like ours too. I'm diabetic and on a medical low fat diet and my adult son, who lives at home, is coeliac and allergic to dairy.

Good luck with your progress and thanks again.
