Thank you for the post. I have been busy after John passed away, so much paperwork!! I am doing ok, just keeping busy. for awhile I just let things go and am paying for it needing to get 10 pounds off again. Had a gal post on the alcohol challenge so answered her. I am trying to stay AF snd put a dollar in my jar but now seem to have the habit of sitting down with 2 glasses of wine after my daughter gets home from work and I am done with most things. some back trouble so getting back to exercises and walking brandy. Time I get ready to walk her. Never sure what this goofy weather is going to do. can't make up its mind whether it is going to be summer, spring or fall!! Put my light ling underwear away 3 times only to have to take them out again. I prefer cool weather being a northerner from Minnesota but don't object to 70s .Best i get moving. Having a healthy snack right before you shop will put you in a healthier frame of mind & lead you to make smarter choices. Snacking on an apple may do more than just keep the doctor away.
If eaten before a grocery store trip, you may buy more freggies than if you ate a cookie (or didnâ€™t have a snack at all). Donâ€™t care for apples? Any nutritious snack will put you that mind frame. 16 days ago
