I have always had trouble with keeping my weight at a good level. So I am tring to hold my weight at a healthy level. And keep myself in a fit type shape. And stay fit so to live longer in a healthy way
Walk alot instead of ride.Do daily exercises to keep in shape.
Yes I agree with you on the comments you made on the article. I stopped smoking after 30 years two or more pack a day habit. It was hardest and I have to say it was the best thing I could do for my health as I was given one month to live if I did not change my lifestyle. Have a great week. Sandy
i just read your comment on an article about smoking. I quit 16 years ago. It was probably the hardest thing i have ever done. I will never touch another cigarette as long as i live.
